Putin's Political Problem With Ukraine Breaking the Land Bridge
I think that if Ukraine breaks the land bridge, Putin has a large political problem. I don't know where the Ukrainians are going to seriously strike. What we're seeing in the last couple of days are probes not involving major forces. My personal view is they will take a hard look at the situation and decide where is the place they can most assuredly advance? If that's in the south, they'll take it. But if that's not in the South, they'll go somewhere else.
