Is Five Nights at Freddy's a Horror Game?

Bob gives his opinion on Five Nights at Freddy's. Bob says he would put it at a B or C because of the fan games that come out of there. The game is interesting enough on its own and I can see the replayability for sure but all of the rip-off merch everywhere every you know town carnival you go to  is too meh bleh so be for you mark where would you put it?
