Sheehan Smith-Shauver vs. Wu

Sheehan is on a trajectory to get to the big leagues this year. I wouldn't have him ranked in the top 20 as a guy at AA if I didn't think he had top of the rotation upside. It would be kind of you rarely see a team that's as loaded as the Dodgers add three guys to the 40 man roster at the same position. The question with Sheehan and Smith-Shauver was whether they'd throw enough strikes to start. They had frontline caliber stuff, but struggled to throw consistent strikes last year.
