Women's Self Esteem
People draw on a gendered stereotype to try and reserve yourself esteem. Women as well as men, by the way, because we're all categorizing information like this. It's not just about things that we might outwardly do or say, it's about the things that might be driving the way that we see something or feel about something. And those are going to be a lot harder to unpick because they're not even obvious to us, let alone somebody that's looking on. But until we really start challenge those things, we're not going to be able to unpick those stereotypes and really shift the dial further forwards.
