There are two million people in the UK who were undiagnosed with COPD and I think that's probably reflected in the evidence base because when you look into the evidence behind why some ambulance trusts around the world are advising the use of CPAP for COPD. When you look at the evidence it's almost invariably a focus on acute respiratory failure as an entity rather than focusing in on COPD alone so I think it's a bit of an unanswered question and maybe something that we need to look at in the future.
