The incentive is patient outcomes it's like how can we make our operations more efficient so that we can improve patient outcomes. The goal of the consulting work and they spend millions of dollars a year paying consultants to basically help them make more money. This is all i hear from my dad yeah totally and i'm not uh shaming i don't know doctors or something but yeah the hospital organizations like it is a it is a revenue run business this is all i hearing from my dadyeah totally and I have a very unique inside perspective on this as long as i've been working in health care.
