The US pushed back against Hungary has increased a little bit in the last year or two but in my judgement was a case of far too little and far too late. I don't want to underplay how far countries like Germany have moved in over last year after a very very sluggish start some important things have happened. But I still remain skeptical that there's any real appetite in Europe for bearing the shortened medium term costs that would be required for the continent to actually recognize that it is once again living in a dangerous neighborhood.
