Not everybody has equal access to internet or time availability to be able to complete an assessment of this nature. That's also a really useful bit of te back for us in terms of the reduction of bias and increasing equity in the hiring process. Qristion, i think this is something, again, we've only partially solved, touched on, and generally of left up to the behest of our clients. And so we try to compare ourselves against that incumbent process rather and, you know, a perfect wall that we're trying to crape.
