How to Speak With Management Before Releasing a Report
Before releasing the report, did you attempt to speak with management? You know, that's a really good question. Sometimes we have to put them in less conspicuous places where people would see them. So you have to make them look obvious like they belong there. And talking about CGA, China Green agriculture, at one point I knew their biggest investor. He knew me and he said, "Look, we should talk to management about what we've seen there" It was time left surveillance; it was obvious fraud.
