How to Keep Your Team on Track

I've never really had one that says, help me keep track of my to-do list and also help me mark like the importance level of the things I need to do. A thing that I started doing a few months ago was keeping like a developer diary where it's where I write down just those random technical things that you learn. And then at the end of the day, I look back at it and look at what I got done. Sometimes there's a legitimate reason like, oh, there's a fire in prod or this new feature request came up. It can be pretty helpful too but again, it's deeply personal.
