The Power of Active Participation in Healing and Injury

People who understand how their nerves function are less fearful and feel less threatened by pain, which can help reduce their symptoms. You have to as the individual take responsibility for your body and actively participate in getting better from pain and injury. Too many people think of it as just this passive thing. But there's so much evidence that active things like education, movement, exercise have way better evidence in the long term for not only rehabilitation, but prehab idea of like helping to prevent injuries.
