The Effects of the HCI Policy on the Korean Economy

Between 1973 and 1979, South Korea's industrial policy of targeting cheap credit toward firms in these six industries worked. President Park Chung is assassinated by the head of the Korean Central Intelligence Agency at a giant kind of New Year's party. And that effectively ends his regime and it effectively ends the cornerstone policy of HCI.
