The Importance of Grief

O Brother: I often feel the need to live for three people, two of whom are deceived. My surviving brother used his twin's name as his own son's middle name. As a mother of three myself, including one preemie, I have a hard time relating to the way my mother handled her grief. What would you suggest? Signed, O Brother.
