Inflation is certainly caused by an increase in the money supply. But it's also due to capacity constraints. We don't want to live in a high inflation environment, but we're living in one now and everything is set up for higher inflation. I have repeated numerous times, we should own real things, things that can protect us against rising inflation. Be it land, rento, real estate, gold, even over the past three years, all those things have actually done better than inflation gold.
