The Contrarian Field of Knowledge

I wondered whether it would be interesting to look at a bunch of syllabuses in college classes, and then just pick subjects that don't actually exist. Do you have one in mind? I actually really struggled to come up with a good one. The only one I could really think of was functional programming. It seems that most computer science courses are dominated by object-oriented programming.
