A lot of people think, okay, I'm going to do my 15, 20, 60, 120 minutes meditation. That's not what Buddha would do. He'd probably start laughing his head off at us losing trying to get a goal from meditation because it's not that hard. And similarly, you know, we've got flowers. We've got weeds. But the Buddha's activity is really to treat him all the same. In all love, there should be some kind of hate.
