A lot of managers ask themselves, is this wasted time? Like if I'm listening to this person's problem and trying to help them resolve this, is that not my job? It seems like it happens a lot, you know what I'm saying? Jason: There are more administrative tasks for the leader of a small team. But once the company starts to get bigger, sometimes what happens is the CEO of the company wants more information.
