Why Are We Still Struggling With Ciber Security?
80% of sibers tir leaders believe there is a shortage of skills in their company. Think about how much time and money would be wasted just trying to find the people who would have all those skills to day. I could have all the skills to do everything in security in my team, and i would still need to hire more people. From a capacity perspective, one day we can actually turn that corner. And it's a matter of we can slow down a little bit. We can skill people up, maybe bring them from other portions of the company as a whole,. or hire for someone who's adjacent and train them up.
