Duca is a word for this kind of loss that's often translated as suffering. What does duca mean? It means like an empty gap that's sort of dirty, so that as things are moving within it, they're destroying themselves. So realize that all of your life is threatened very really threatened, axistentially threatened, by a capacity for self destructive behavior.
