The Power of Forgiveness

Andy says there's strength and forgiveness in his life. Says he doesn't let hate or unforgiveness bother him but has learned not to cast it on others. Swimming allows him to process a lot of things, like thinking about all the wrongs he did as a young man. Andy: If you could actually take other people's perspective into account before you make a decision  it's going to affect them i think you make better decisions.
