Gilles Bay: If it's just reopening, then the rally might have all priced that in. The different driver of an overall accommodative policy landscape should take share prices higher further. I would say that sooner or later the Chinese economy is going to climb out and then we come. It really depends on how the property responds to all this stimulus because it will talk about one third up to one third of the economy.
