Is There a Standard in the Army?
Eroone: Soldiers traditionally, through history, just been effectively shouted at and told to do things. But perhaps they're not prepared to be treated like that any more. The army has difficulty recruiting when the economy is good nand retaining as well because there are so many opportunities to a outside of the army. Soi it is, i think it is a challenge. Andd, on that point you mentioned there, about the sort of feature of work. What about that angle of air? So the the people tat the the leaders that you have been educating, are now going to be leading people coming from a society that has very, very different expectations of with regard to work.
