There was a massive pushback from people because they hate feeling like they're nickel and dime. Everyone hates being nickel than dime. So if I'm paying $75,000 for a luxury vehicle, don't make me pay for my heated seat or other features that should be part of the purchase price. It's very hard to know sometimes, especially if it's new, what should be included in the price and what could be like an add-on.
