How Much Fraud Review Is Going On?

The problem that we are trying to deal with is fraudulent reviews. The kind of fraud that we see at a high level is that sellers are trying to get users to buy their products, refund the amount, and in exchange for a five set review. There's also seller fraud. Sellers actually ask for reviews for products from their competitors, and once the review is written, they never refund the buyers. Each entity has an incentive to defraud the other two. This all three actors are fraudolent, and they have some incentive to defrauded the other two as well not just amazon.
