The non-banked process type deals are the ones we want to do anyways. Those types of deals, establishing that relationship and culture fit at first, that takes time. We pretty much do that post IOWI or LOWI once we've agreed on high level key terms of the deal including our headline price and valuation. That will be confirmatory diligence over an expedited period and we'll pull together a purchase agreement before moving towards the closing.
