Most people kind of toss those burnt kernels aside. And we just toss em aside, and most of them end up yummy and delicious re. Our brein is just like a popcorn machine. Starts out thall these wonderful things, and for some reason some of the thoughts come out burnt. Those are your o c d thoughts, right? We have o c d because we have a brain. And those thoughts just end o burnt. But in general, if we coud cannt just get to the place of tossing them aside and continuing to enjoy all the o ther yummy, delicious things,. That's how we can really overcome our osy day.
