The Story of Jackie Wilson's Hit Factory
Gordy and Davis wrote Wilson's biggest early hit, Lonely Teardrops. They also co-wrote Sephil of the Records but are not credited for it. The Gordys went off to found their own record label along with sister Anna. Berry meanwhile decided to groom another young artist for stardom in Smokey Robinson.
