We should do an autopsy on our success because we typically do autopsies on our failures. We need to keep success with our failure so that when we are in the decision, we aren't getting rolled over instead of being on a roll. When you put it together, your successes aren't so great and your failures aren't so bad. They bounce one another out. And neither of the effect of success or failure should have a big place in our life as success makes you arrogant and failure makes you depressed.
No one enjoys failure, but what if there was a way to get a positive return on your failure? Join me as I sit down with New York Times bestselling author, John Maxwell, to discuss how to leverage success from failure.
