i was losing my father in law to his ten year battle with cancer. He had a stroke where he couldn't speak, couldn't move and was bedridden. I still see it in him, like there are times when he'll just start crying in the middle of the day. It's been almost two years now. And i think what i've found, what many people that i've spoken with about this have also found, is that people are really good right away,. But then they kind of forget ah because you're still going through it. So i think something just for all of us to keep in mind is just the periodic checkin. This is o my husband's dad.
