Self Help Is a Second Class Thing to Be Studying

When i realized, or just had the send et in, i got a figrout how to help myself be healthier then that actually pivoted all the work in my lab and everything since then. So we shifted away from what we've been doing, and ever since, we've been focusing on human health and human happiness in a very self help kind of way - and not apologizing for it. Because even within stamford students, there are so many pressing needs in terms of their mental health and broader aspects of well ness. And i'm really happy to be doing that.
