Is Bitcoin Going to Succeed?

I think something that always catches my attention is trying to understand what this transition is going to be like if it is you know this light bulb moment kind of transforming humanity from the bottom up. We obviously think the fiat system will incentivize corruption but perhaps as that system degrades maybe there could be other externalities that arise so perhaps a bit wide ranging but I would love to get your thoughts on what that transition is like in your eyes.
