What Happens if You Don't Make This Investment?
In our current environment, which is in a tech post IPO, hyper growth company, things change very, very fast. So I would say this is the crux that I'm working through now. And so I'm noticing revisiting a touch point or a form that we've created called the Insights Consortium. That's been super impactful. But returning, I'm seeing less engagement there.
