How to Cook a Fisherman's Egg
This is not a bad book. When I put it on a reading list, I thought we were just going to laugh at it, but it's really not bad. The fisherman's egg sounds really good. It's a tin of sardines, two whole eggs, half a red onion diced, a large tomato, two cloves of garlic, half a teaspoon of calamata olives chopped,. handful of fresh parsley and salt and pepper. And you basically cook this stuff in a pan and then crack the eggs on top and cook those really good. All the like, I think like, journaling papers in this book for the egg recipes.
