Do You Have a Reasonable Expectation of Privacy in the Outside of Your House?
If some of just walked by and observed the house, it might not be a search. But if they went to look at the outside of the house to gather some information from theoutside of the house, then that might be asearch. Whether it's reasonable or not, would be a separate inquiry. You would then look to whether y, you dot, mae hethe you a ly common law or positive law, or whether you had a reasonable expectation of privacy.
