Spy Novels - What Is It Like?
When you started writingo spy novelsd, tell me if you don't think of them as spy novels. Did you try to resist doing something that mimicked or kind of echoed other spy novels? Or did you jut say, like, i'm just doing satire, and i just just happens to be about intelligence officers? Now, i knew i wanted to do satire, but i also knew that i wanted toe write about the world of intelligence and get sort of, you know, these sort of messages i guess that i have. And it's part of why i john the care is a separate istu because he does it, he does a decent job.
