The danger might be that the base of human creation that enables all of these AIs or many of them could itself become disconnected, disaffected, or just less productive. There's about 30 million images generated every day and they will never be seen again. The question is whether they'll be trained on the human and AI made content. That's a legitimate concern. But we should have look at the evidence rather than just imagine what could happen.
