The service is working really, really well at sot of midmarket and small business level. But some larger organizations want to use it for the first time ever. We are introducing an hourly billing system which will be based on a task-driven model. From there, every deliverable will just go from the takte paseite into your hands. That's exactly how that goes so I'll be interested to see what happens next.
