Are You Saving Your Employees Brain Space?

One of the things that we did when we went virtual during the pandemic was we put a lot of, I feel like better systems in place around communication. We started using Slack, which is essentially project management and email management software. That's been really great because now we kind of have office hours. So employees can just be like, I'm taking a break. I'm focusing right now. You can't get ahold of me. And it just puts it compartmentalizes. There's not a lot of wasted time with a lot of back and forth stuff.
