The Confederacy Blockade Is Like a Sieve, Right?

Confederacy has three thousand, 500 miles of coast line that they're trying to block ade. They will target big cities like charleston, south carolina, wilmington and mobile. But i want you to think o the blockade is like a sieve, ok? You block some things, but ships will be able to get through it. The confederates are able to get much needed food supplies, luxury items. And by the end of the war, the blockades so effective that it's actually crippling the southern and the confederate economy.
