It's not uncommon for companies to have kind of regional type of licensing agreements whether it's from the US or a regional headquartered company. We don't really know like I think we reread the rules this is the area where the recs sort of suggest that you would have to analyze where the IP is used or attributable to the country under US principles. It could be like a license to a manufacturer that manufactures products and country but then distributes the products around the world so you have to think about how you determine where the use of IP is if it's a manufacturing IP versus distribution rights IP right.
