I think also my mindset is very future oriented and everything that I do. So if I can take preventative measures from me feeling so stressed out, I always choose, you know, that route instead. It's to make that conscious effort of, I'm going to choose what's uncomfortable right now because it's going to be better. And so yeah, again, like showing up for yourself in that moment. That's such a huge lesson. A lot of people have yet to master that.
