The wind gives Triest a sense of excitement, danger and drama that it used to embody. Gusts have been recorded as strongly as a hundred 80 kilometers per hour. You can also find objects that you wouldn't necessarily expect to see, like an iron. Many locos told us they have a love hate relationship with the bora.
