The Disconnect Between a Pastor and a Church

So I was doing mission a part of my job too if I didn't say early was mission so we did like yeah I mean just what else you know. We hosted emergency homeless shelter for like three years and I love that big part of that. Also were doing like ESL tutoring at a school nearby in addition to serving at the church. One time one of the teachers they found out I was a pastor she came and visited us Like you're an advent one year and the Monday I saw her at school and she's like your church is dying like  I'm maybe making 20,000 pastor and bibocationally.
