Employment agreements are governed by the state where an individual is located. Certain states require certain things to be included or not included in a form. So that was a pain point for a lot of clients, particularly startups. The firm launched earlier this year a 50 state employee consultant on boarding process. It's basically an automation with a real person that will get that input and say, oh, there's a red flag here.
