Color Blindness and Racism

If you are not paying attention to racial difference in general, you will often not notice when there are negative racial disparities. This is where I challenge readers, what we need to become is color courageous. We still see diversity and greatly appreciate it, understand it to be a gift of the kingdom of God. And we celebrate it. But we also notice racial disparity and seek to address it.
