Is the World Bank Going to Focus on the Green Agenda?

The focus of the World Bank now be very much on the green agenda, which is a good thing. I think great to have a Sikh, great to have an Indian there. Why not? Good stuff. It's far better off than having some French bureaucrat or British guy who come also with colonial baggage. Hitting the nail on the head is always my coffee. What I want to talk about is what I call land capture and all that kind of good stuff after this.
