Introduction
The Narendra Modi government in 2019 said it was opposed to the inclusion of the lit Christians and the lit Muslims in the AC list. But this month the government formed a commission of inquiry headed by former Chief Justice of India, Justice K.J. Balakrishnan to see if the demands can be accommodated. Joining me for the discussion are eminent scholars Professor Sugudhya Othorad Padmashri Awardee and an expert in the field of studies of social exclusion - Professor Shubojit Nashkar.
