Galen's Translations, and the Translations of Syrian Christians

A roman physician in the second century, picked up on what he'd learned from the greeks. He wrote about three million words and much of it was wrong. In the middle ages, when it was translated, it was translated by syrian christians. And they added their christian slant to galen's translations. So i thought that was really, really intriguing.
