Is There More to British Cuisine Than Just Two Dishes?
I think I firmly made the point that there's so much more to British cuisine than just two dishes. So let's see if a non-native came to the UK and they said, right, well, he'd like you to prove your point. What do you think I should have? As in what they should go out and eat or I don't know what I would prepare for them... Let's go down both avenues separately. It's just that I'm not too aware of British, English, Welsh or Scottish or Irish when I'm at a restaurant.
