His argument is that the Europeans are making a terrible mistake by arming Ukraine, but then saying it's too risky to have them in NATO. Orey: In my view, it's madly dangerous because the Europeans are saying we don't want them in NATO because they're too risky. And therefore will arm the hell out of them and give them the most advanced weapons. How can that possibly work? So this is really worth dwelling on because it's not an argument you hear very often.
